Our Partners

New Pacific Resources Management Inc. (NPRM) is a landowner and developer incorporated last September 17, 2004. Although a new player in the real estate industry, NPRM currently has nearly Php2 Billion in land holdings located in Metro Manila and Cavite. NPRM’s first project is The Beacon, a three (3) tower residential development at the corner of Arnaiz and Roces Streets, Makati. Its second project is Soluna, a beautifully intimate community reserved only for 200 families located along Molino Boulevard, Bacoor City, Cavite. NPRM has entered into a management and marketing agreement with GeoEstate Development Corp. to handle the development, construction, sales and marketing of all its projects.

The Management

Mr. Licuanan and Ms. Katigbak both have long and proven track records for producing value for both their customers and their investors while they served as president and vice president of their respective companies. They and their management team in NPRM and GEDC strongly believe that, with the globilization of the Filipino, the Philippine real estate industry is faced with the challenge of producing truly world-class products at terms that the Filipino can afford. The commitment of their companies, therefore, is to produce products worthy of the Filipino’s ambitions and dreams, while doing justice to his sacrifices in fulfilling these dreams. This will be done by building projects that provide much more than what their customers expect; by providing quality finishes and amenities that add more value to their investments; and by providing the right property management to ensure continuing appreciation of these investments.

Francisco H. Licuanan III
Chairman and CEO

In 1988 Francisco Licuanan III became the founding president of Ayala Land Inc. Under his stewardship, the company would go on to become the biggest real estate developer in the Philippines. The redevelopments of Greenbelt and Glorietta, TriNoma, Cebu Business Park and Bonifacio Global City are but some of the projects of ALI under the leadership of Mr. Licuanan. After leading ALI for nearly two decades, Mr. Licuanan now lends his vision and expertise in Philippine real estate industry to NPRM and GEDC as its Chairman.

Miriam O. Katigbak
President and COO

Ms. Katigbak worked in Ayala Land, Inc. for 26 years. For nearly 20 of those years she served as the Group Head of the Ayala Malls group, overseeing the planning, development and management of Ayala Center, Ayala Center Cebu, Alabang Town Center, TriNoma, Bonifacio High Street and Market! Market! among others. Most recently she was Head of Ayala Land’s Signature Projects. In that capacity she was responsible for the conceptualization and initial development of Nuvali, a 1700 hectare development in Canlubang Laguna, as well as the new master plans of Ayala Center in Makati and the Bonifacio Global City. Ms. katigbak’s experience covers property management, planning and operating retail, office and residential buildings and communities.
